Vodka “Bukhanka” is intended for consumers who understand the value of food and can treat themselves to a perfectly cooked meal with a shot of excellent bread vodka. This vodka is produced on the basis of Lux alcohol from selected wheat at Kostroma distillery, one of the oldest enterprises in the industry. Vodka undergoes three stages of purification – through quartz sand, then through birch charcoal and silver filtration in the final stage. Before bottling the blend rests for two weeks.
The recipe for Vodka “Bukhanka” is based on a recipe for preparing a drink from selected wheat, rye and alcoholized bread infusions. Fragrant spirits of cumin and rye crackers, infusions of wheat and crispy rye bread create a unique bright taste and delicate aroma of freshly baked bread. Ideal for dishes of Russian cuisine. Goes well with salted fish and boiled potatoes. Serve to the table chilled to 6-8 degrees.
